Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi criticized Jahangir Tareen for attending cabinet meetings in a press conference in Lahore. Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he admired Tareen’s efforts for the party and Imran Khan in past and he still admires him but his presence in cabinet meetings gives N-League a chance to criticize the government.
Qureshi said that Tareen is giving an opportunity to PTI’s rivals to criticize PTI and also party workers are not mentally accepting it.
The External Affairs Minister pointed out that if 62-1F is applicable on Nawaz Sharif, then he is not eligible for the party or any government post but when 62-1F is applicable to us, it’s standard becomes something else.
On the statement of External Affairs Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Jahangir Tareen said in his response on Twitter that “There’s only one man in my life whom I consider my leader & to whom I’m answerable. His name is Imran Khan. I’ve stood by his side through thick and thin and will continue to do so till my last breath, IA. What others may say for their own strange reasons does not concern me.”

Remember that both the Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders were head-to-head on the issue of tickets distribution for 2018 General elections last year.
