Asif Zardari criticized FM’s on not attending OIC Meeting

In the joint meeting of the National Assembly, while expressing his views, former President Asif Ali Zardari lauded Pakistan Pilot Hasan Siddiqui to defeat Indian aircraft.

PPP President Asif Ali Zardari has opposed the decision to not attend the OIC meeting of the Foreign Ministry.

Asif Zardari said that:

Modi’s adventure was for the Indian election, he fired back, the war was not only forces but fighting nations, India always keeps threats, we have to strengthen our economy first.

Former President has opposed the decision of Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi not to attend the OIC Meeting.

He said that Pakistan has some religious and historical relations with the UAE. He said that the Foreign Minister should have attended that meeting and met our friends countries over there. He said that these fellow countries are also our friends. I had suggested that the Foreign Minister should attend the OIC meeting but if Parliament does not want Pakistan to attend that meeting then i cannot say much about it.

The PPP president said that not going to go to the meeting is not a solution, we should not forget friends. We should go and talk there and meet our friends and fellow countries leadership. In the present situation, we should not forget our Friends.

Now Russia, China, and Turkey should play their role in the current situation, and he also added that we should further improve relations with neighboring countries so that they stand with us in difficult times.

The joint session of the parliament continues today on after the Indian Aggression started.

During the meeting chaired by Speaker Asad Qaiser, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, while expressing his views said that:

“Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Siraj are participating in the OIC meeting, so I will not go to the meeting.”

The External Affairs Minister said that India is not a member of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) nor is it the observer status if India is trying to gain an OIC observation status, Pakistan will oppose it.
