Accountability court extended the physical remand of PTI leader Alam Khan on March 5.
NAB officials reached Lahore accountability court in strict security on the end of the physical remand, where there was a large number of PTI workers outside the court, during which there was a blow between workers and police at the gate of Court.
In case of hearing of the case against former senior minister Aleem Khan in the accountability court, the NAB prosecutor had further extended the physical remand to the accused when Aleem Khan’s lawyers were opposed to extradition of physical remand.
The court secured the verdict after listening to the arguments of the party, after which NAB officials went back to Aleem Khan from the court.
The court passed a verdict later and passed the appointment of NAB and extended the physical remand of Aleem Khan till March 5.
It is clear that NAB had arrested the senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) and the former senior minister in the Punjab government, Aleem Khan, on February 6, in the scandal of off-shore companies, after which he resigned from the Ministry of External Affairs.
